Look at the diagram below, if necessary, then we will begin.
Now follow instructions (in green) as we proceed. If you have your own Rosary beads with you, you may pray with them. Otherwise, just look at the picture of Rosary beads. You will know where you are. Note: the Rosary is not said silently, but either whispered, if you are alone, or said in a normal voice, if with other people. In a group, alternate among you when announcing each new decade. Hold the crucifix in your hand, and pray the Apostle's Creed:

Let us begin the Rosary together, now. Take your crucifix, kiss Jesus, and with the crucifix, touch (1) your forehead, (2) your heart, and then (3) your left, then (4)right shoulders, as you say:
In the name of the (1) Father, and of the (2) Son, and of the (3) Holy (4) Spirit. Amen.
I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord; Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into hell, the third day He arose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father; from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.
